When booking services, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us promptly of any changes to your availability or contact details. Failure to appear for scheduled appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of payment and potential restrictions on future booking privileges.
Payment is required in advance for all digital products and services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our platform. All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payment for digital products is final upon purchase and access is provided immediately upon successful payment processing. Given the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once products have been delivered or accessed, except in cases of technical delivery failure on our part.
For live consultation appointments, clients may cancel or reschedule with at least twenty-four hours advance notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours notice may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment, depending on the circumstances and our ability to fill the appointment slot.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered due to the immediate nature of digital delivery. Refunds may be considered in cases of technical failure that prevents product delivery or access. For prepaid consultation packages, refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus a reasonable administrative fee, provided that cancellation occurs before any sessions have been completed.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, consultation content, and personal details shared during our professional relationship. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent.
Our professional relationship is limited to the provision of astrological and educational services. We do not provide therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial planning services. Clients seeking support in these areas should consult with appropriately licensed professionals.
All content provided through our services, including written materials, charts, interpretations, educational resources, and digital products, remains our intellectual property. This content is provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
You may retain copies of your personal readings and consultation summaries for your own reference and personal development. However, these materials may not be shared, published, or used to provide services to others.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific needs, produce particular results, or be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
